Step 1: Enclose all of the following in an envelope:
- Print and complete this Money Back Guarantee Form
- An unmodified store register receipt with any (limit one) HUGGIES® Diaper product purchased between 1/1/25 – 12/31/26
- Include the original UPC from the package in the envelope.
